Return Process

    Attach clear photos of the damaged items or incorrect labels to help us verify the claim and improve our shipping processes.

    Receive Authorization

    Once your request is approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions on whether the item needs to be sent back.

    Refund or Replacement

    After processing your claim, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a fresh replacement immediately.
